People-Focused Design

We don’t sell products — we design for real-world performance. Decisions are influenced by the needs of the people using the space, not vendor incentives. We keep clients and teams focused on the bigger picture: long-term usability, flexibility, and operational success.

Digital Foundation™

Because Techmenity started as an IT company, we bring a level of network and systems engineering expertise that most AV or low-voltage firms simply can’t offer. The Digital Foundation™ is central to our methodology and to the long-term performance of your space.

Our Future-Ready Building Method (FRBM) protects both our clients and project partners by bringing a TechGC in early to align all stakeholders around a clearly defined tech scope and accurate  budget. The result? Fewer change orders, tighter coordination and a space that performs exactly as intended.

Our team offers more than technical expertise and delivers far more than just AV drawings.

We bring a proven process, thoughtful leadership, and a scalable, future-ready technology strategy — grounded in a deep understanding of the user-experience. From concept through delivery, our process protects the project and all stakeholders involved. Because when technology specifications are clear and responsibilities defined, the build runs smoother and everyone wins. (Woohoo!)

It All Starts with the Digital Foundation™

Today, IT is the backbone of every smart building and smart office system. While many integrators can handle basic wiring and network installs, few have the depth of experience required to design and build a high-performing, secure, and future-ready network infrastructure. That’s where we come in.

  • A secure, scalable converged network that integrates multiple systems to create a more responsive environment

  • Acts as the central nervous system, supporting all connected systems in your space

  • Conduits, risers, and equipment closets (MDF and IDF) are designed for easy access

  • Makes it easy to add or upgrade technology down the line, without major disruptions

  • It's essential to get this piece right. Involving a TechGC early ensures your network is thoughtfully planned and strategically executed

Phase 2: Schematic Design & Development

Detailed floorplans, rack elevations, wireless mapping, and structured cabling designs — all fully coordinated with architectural and MEP plans.
Led by our Lead CAD Design Engineer, we develop precise, constructible system designs. We’re platform-agnostic, which means we recommend the best-fit solutions — not just what we’re reselling.

Phase 3: Contract-Ready Specs & Aligned Vendors

Clear contract documents and a streamlined procurement path mean fewer change orders and tighter scope control.
As your Technology General Contractor (TechGC), we manage the RFP process, vendor alignment, and technology procurement strategy. Our documentation minimizes risk and preserves the integrity of the original design.

Phase 4: Tech Project Management & Commissioning

Flawless installation, on-time and on-budget delivery and active job site presence for real-time problem solving.
We oversee the full implementation — bridging the gap between design intent and field execution. Our team leads installation coordination, manages construction-phase issues, and ensures systems are installed cleanly and to spec.

Phase 5: Post-Construction & Ongoing Support

Fully adopted systems, empowered teams, and a space that’s ready to scale and evolve as your needs change and new tech emerges.
Our job doesn’t end at commissioning. We provide team training, system tuning, and long-term support including proactive monitoring, lifecycle management, and ongoing tech support.

Why This Process Works

Early coordination with the TechGC means clear objectives and better planning which results in an accurate budget, fewer change orders, and tighter coordination during construction. Your systems work the way you expect them to and are capable of evolving to incorporate future upgrades.

The Future-Ready Building Method makes everyone's job easier- from the design team to the construction PM, to the subcontractors. It protects the clients technology investment by minimizing risk, maximizing performance, and preserving longevity.
