ExploreClass A Commercial Fit-Out
Techmenity was brought in by Restrepo Innovations to support the technology installation for a Class A commercial space at 399 Park Ave. In this project, we were not the lead technology partner — instead, we served as a specialized subcontractor responsible for security installation, structured cabling, and telecom room build-out in coordination with the AV integrator and the building’s security contractor.
This project demonstrates Techmenity’s ability to integrate seamlessly into larger project teams and deliver high-quality work within established scopes, communication channels, and protocols.

- Worked directly with the building’s security contractor for device locations, system tie-ins, and compliance
- Ensured cable paths and device placements aligned with base-building requirements
Telecom Room Build-Out
- Rack installation, patch panels, and cable routing
- Power and cooling coordination with MEP and construction management
- Set up the infrastructure required for the AV contractor and tenant’s IT team
Collaboration & Team Integration

Outcomes
- Fully commissioned cabling and security infrastructure ready for AV/IT deployment
- Telecom room built to Class A standards with clean layout and clear labeling
- Smooth handoff to the AV team and building security
- Positive feedback from the construction manager and the partner who brought us in
- Reinforced Techmenity’s reputation as a dependable partner in both lead and supporting roles
