The Brook

Techmenity was hired by the developer of The Brook, a 51-story luxury residential rental building in downtown Brooklyn, to bridge gaps between multiple stakeholders during the transition from construction to leasing and move-in. Our role was to ensure all technology systems, from AV and IT to building management and communications, were fully operational for residents, staff, and offices, while also establishing a long-term network strategy (Digital Foundation™).
